PROJECTS - SECTION 1
SECTION I – TOPIC ENTRIES DEALING WITH THE BIBLICAL AND POST BIBLICAL HEBREW WORDS THEMSELVES – DEVOTED MAINLY TO -
(a) THE MATTER OF THE METHODS EMPLOYED BY G-D IN HIS INVENTION OF THE HEBREW
WORDS AND
(b) THE MATTER OF METAPHYSICAL CONCEPTUAL INTER-RELATIONSHIPS EXTANT BETWEEN
HEBREW WORDS THAT FEATURE CORRESPONDING HEBREW LETTERS
NOTE THAT THIS PROJECT IS NOT INVOLVED IN ANY WAY WITH THE POSSIBLE MYSTICAL OR
METAPHYSICAL MEANINGS OF INDIVIDUAL HEBREW LETTERS
1A - BRIEF INDISPUTABLE PROOF OF THE EXISTENCE OF HEBREW TWO LETTER INNER BASES
THIS SECTION COMPRISED OF HEBREW WORD CHARTS THAT DEMONSTRATE INDISPUTABLY THAT SOME OF THE HEBREW THREE LETTER WORD ROOTS WERE CREATED BY A SUPREMELY INTELLIGENT BEING I.E. INVENTED BY GOD – BY MEANS OF HIS EXPANDING OF A TWO LETTER [BI-CONSONANTAL] INNER BASE - EACH OF THOSE TWO LETTER INNER BASES HAVING ALREADY BEEN CREATED PREVIOUSLY BY GOD AND HAVING ALREADY BEEN ENDOWED WITH A BASIC MEANING OF ITS OWN - PRIOR TO THEIR
METAPHYSICAL EXPANSIONS INTO THREE LETTER WORDS
IN MANY CASES GOD ACCOMPLISHED THESE EXPANSIONS BY MEANS OF HIS PLACING {PREFIXING] OF THE ADDITIONAL THIRD LETTER IN FRONT OF THE INNER BASE AND IN MANY CASES BY PLACING THE THIRD LETTER [SUFFIXING IT] RIGHT BEHIND THE INNER BASE. AND IN MANY OTHER INSTANCES HE FASHIONED THE THREE LETTER WORD BY INFIXING I.E. BY PLACING THE THIRD LETTER INTO THE MIDDLE OF THE TWO LETTER BASE 2
E.g. the two letter base חש denotes – thought, sensing. חשב – possessing a ches suffix -
Means – think, reckon -- נחש - with a ches prefix - means – to divine, sense mystically – And
חרש - with a reish infix - means – to plan, devise
2A – TWO LETTER ]BI-CONSONANTAL] HEBREW BASE LIST
A partial list of Hebrew two letter inner bases that bear basic meanings – bases that G-d created by bonding together two Hebrew letters immediately after His creation of the 23 individual letters – These two letter bases possess independent meanings that are not connected to the metaphysical meanings that their single letter components most probably do possess [as has been widely suggested] - and out of these new two letter bases G-d did then [immediately] fashion many of the Hebrew three letter words and word roots by adding to a two letter inner base a third letter - a third letter that G-d placed either before the two letter
base – or after the two letter base – or that He placed it in the middle of the base.
This list contains many ‘hidden bases’ – two letter particles whose true roles as meaning- bearing inner bases have not been acknowledged or recognized by the vast majority of Hebrew language experts, both secular and masoretic 3 . Note also that this list is not as yet complete and that it has also been designed to feature mainly those bases that have experienced at least one
type of middle letter infix [epenthesis]
Note also that in the cases of a number of inner bases the reader has been referred to see my lammed ל infix chart, which is the only one of my 23 letter infix charts wherein the subject word is accompanied by a full range of base expansion resultant words, a range that includes all 3 types of third letter affix [i.e. the prefix, the suffix and the infix (epenthesis)]
HEBREW SUFFIXED BASES
3A - THE AGENTIAL ר REISH SUFFIX
A list of Hebrew three letter words that G-d invented by suffixing the letter ר resh to a meaning bearing inner two letter base. Many of these resultant terms are ‘agential’ - i.e. they indicate a do-er of an activity – e.g. the חצ base of חוץ [out] plus the suffix of the letter reish ר to yield חצר an OUTER area and חציר vegetation sprouting OUT of the ground
It includes also List C – reduplicate רר roots – List D – Talmudic / Aramaic agential ר רא form roots - List E agential ר suffix to bases ending in a וvav
4A - THE ENDE KHOF ך SUFFFIX PRINCIPLE
A list of Hebrew three letter words that G-d invented by suffixing the letter ך ende khof to a meaning bearing inner two letter base or to a three letter root - e.g. גנז to store away, conceal & גנזך archive, treasure house
Also demonstrates how G-d created a few two letter bases by affixing a khof to a single prepositional letter
HEBREW PREFIXED BASES
5A - SHINN ש PREFIX AND THE ש SINN PREFIX TO A TWO LETTER BASE
A list of Hebrew three letter words that G-d invented by prefixing the letter ש shinn or a sinn to a meaning bearing inner two letter base - e.g. ש plus קץ [be disgusted] = שקץ [abomination] -- The two letter base מט denotes – downward, falling – and the three letter root שמט [bearing the ש prefix] means – to drop, let fall
8A - THE - CHES ח PREFIX TO A TWO LETTER BASE
A list of Hebrew three letter words that G-d invented by prefixing the letter ח khes to a meaning bearing inner two letter base – e.g. ח plus דר [dwell] = חדר [chamber] - the two letter base צר denotes – narrow, restrict – and the three letter word חצר is an enclosed place, courtyard
INFIXES / EPENTHESES INTO A TWO LETTER BASE
The author’s fifteen years of intensive research have yielded indisputable indication of the fact that G-d invented many of the Hebrew three letter roots by means of His inserting of a third letter into a meaning- bearing two letter base that He had already created previously, a process wherein the inserted third letter expanded or specialized the initial meaning that G-d had assigned to the two letter base. My research indicates that G-d did employ at least most of the Hebrew alphabet’s 23 letters – and perhaps even all of them – in this process.
In this section, I have dealt with the matter of these 23 middle letter infixes [also called epenthesis] – with each of the nineteen well substantiated inserted letter phenomena in its own entry, one letter at a time. I believe that in most of my entry specimen words, the correctness of my infix suggestions will be clear and self- evident and that in the remaining few others you will encounter at the least a reasonable possibility of correctness. I have also included a few post biblical Hebrew and Talmudic Aramaic terms because I believe that a similar phenomenon may have occurred in their formation processes, as well, within the Tower of Babel new language creation event. I have also noted four lesser letter infix candidates that I regard as questionable within a single entry [called – LESSSER INFIX] at the end of this list.
We begin with a list of words that G-d invented by inserting the letter ל lammed into the middle of a meaning bearing inner two letter base [a process known as infixing or as epenthesis] E.g. שב [sit] > שלבmortise, sit inside each other
. My website does indeed feature 19 separate letter infix charts- each chart devoted to the infixing of a specific single letter of the Hebrew alphabet into a two letter base – but unlike the other infix letter charts that follow, this ל lammed infix chart does also feature at each word entry – a listing of many of the other three letter roots that G-d fashioned out of the inner base that is involved in the particular lammed infixed word – those other three letter words having been formed by means of prefixings, suffixings or infixings of any of the Hebrew letters to that same inner base, as opposed to the lammed infix category, alone.
However, In the other 19 infix letter entries that follow – the entries usually deal only or mainly with base derivative words that involve the infixing of the one letter that is the subject of its infix chart.
In many of these 19 infix entries I have referred to my ‘Hidden inner base list’ for corroboration of the actuality of the suggested inner bases
9A – THE LAMMED ל INFIX/ EPENTHESIS PRINCIPLE

METAPHYSICAL CONCEPTUAL INTER-RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN TWO DIFFERENT HEBREW LETTERS
30A - THE SAMEKH – TOF ס - ת RELATIONSHIP PRINCIPLE
A Chart detailing a variety of inter-relationships between words bearing the Hebrew letters ס samekh and ת toph within the same root position – most of these ס - ת relationships being unknown to modern day Hebrew scholars – and they were also basically not mentioned by the scholars of olden times – whether academic or masoretic. Although these relationships have not been separately listed in this chart, they happen to belong to a variety of different categories – to wit –
-
Word pairs wherein a biblical word featuring a samekh is conceptually and metaphysically related to a similar biblical word bearing a toph in the same root letter position – e.g. פסל to fashion by means of variation of hand motions – and פתל - to maneuver -, manipulate Also סמך- support, uphold & תמך support, maintain -In this category, one of the terms may constitute a metaphysical ‘spinoff’ of the other.
-
Word pairs wherein a word that features a toph is simply a PBH [Post-Biblical Hebrew] or Aramaic version of a biblical Hebrew word of the same meaning - and that features instead a samekh - or vice versa – Cf. Hebrew סחר and Aramaic תגר both of which mean – merchant
-
ס – ת Word pairs wherein a biblical word featuring a samekh is conceptually and metaphysically related to a similar – but not exactly synonymous - PBH or Aramaic word bearing a toph in the same root letter position –or vice versa – Cf. - שסף cut in two halves and שתף partner - חסל to eliminate & חתול cat [eliminates mice]
-
This category features ס – ת Word pairs wherein one of the words encapsulates a hidden prophetic message – recognizable only now in light of awareness of the ס – ת relationship principle – e.g. the name סדום the city of S’dom – whose hidden prophetic message is תדום [It will be doomed, silenced]
-
There are ס – ת Word pairs wherein a word begins with a samekh but that samekh is in reality taking the place of the grammatic letter ת toph that indicates the second person future declension of a verb – So that in סעדו את נפשותיכם the word סעדו intends a theoretical word - תעדו give succor and thereby continuance to your lives – whose base would be the word עוד [more, yet, continuance]. Cf. עדד
-
Also included in this chart are a few loosely related ס – ת Word pairs that only happen to share in common the same two letter inner base. E.g. שביס band keeps hair in place and שבות a resting, sitting down
-
A Few ס – ת Word pairs have been included because awareness of the ס – ת connection has enabled me to draw out homiletic messages / teachings that are based upon the presence of the particular ס – ת connection involved e.g. סמל a sign, symbol and תמול yesterday – whose events are a teaching for tomorrow
In some of these ס / ת word pairs the one term is a secondary form of and/ or a metaphysical spin-off of the other term
31A - SPECIAL RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN SELECT WORD PAIRS – ONE BEARING A ש SHINN & THE OTHER - A SINN
The shinn/ sinn relationship – An essay demonstrating a number of the mostly unrecognized metaphysical and conceptual connections that exist between word pairs that feature the same letters in the same order except that one of them has a sinn and the other a shinn. E.g. חשך khoshekh ]darkness[ and חשך khoseikh [withhold ( i.e. withholding of light)]
33A - THE ד DALED - ז ZAYIN INTER-RELATIONSHIP
An entry listing mainly specimens of word pairs that feature the same biblical Hebrew word spelled with a ז zayin and also spelled instead with a ד dalled – and demonstrating as well a zayin/ dalled conceptual inter- relationship within biblical, PBH, and Aramaic words . E.g. דעך זעך both mean – douse, extinguish
34A - THE TOF ת– DALED ד INTER-RELATIONSHIP
An entry listing certain biblical Hebrew words that feature a ת toph and their corresponding biblical Hebrew or Aramaic versions that feature instead a ד dalled – E.g. שרת שרד [both mean to minister, serve as attendant] and נתן נדן [both mean – to give]
35A - THE BAIS ב – YUD י INTER-RELATIONSHIP
A list of Hebrew word pairs demonstrating the fact of a metaphysical conceptual relationship between certain three letter words that possess a ב bais as their middle letter and synonymous words – or conceptually related words - that possess instead a yud י as their middle letter - e.g. זית [olive] and זבת [flowing]
36A - THE ת TOF – REISH ר INTER-RELATIONSHIP
A list of Hebrew word pairs demonstrating the fact of a metaphysical conceptual relationship between certain biblical three letter words that end in a ת toph and conceptually related words that end in a ר reish – For example עשר rich, wealth and עשת - to become stout, gain substance
39A - THE SHINN /SINN ש & SAMEKH ס INTER-RELATIONSHIP
A partial but extensive list of mixed biblical and post biblical or Talmudic Aramaic word pairs wherein biblical words that feature a shinn or sinn are paired with their matching alternate biblical orthographies [spellings] that feature instead a samekh - and wherein biblical words that feature a shinn or sinn are paired with their synonymous PBH or Talmudic/ Aramaic words - that feature instead a samekh - e.g. מסמר - משמר סריון - שריון
ADDITIONAL TOPICS
40A - AYIN ע ELISION {OMISSION} ENTRY
A list of mostly biblical Hebrew words whose formations appear to have involved the elision [omission] of an ע ayin – e.g. מופת and מופעת
41A - INNER BASES THAT BEGIN IN CHES ח & THEIR THREE LETTER HEBREW DERIVATIVES
A list demonstrating that – in a number of Hebrew roots - G-d made three letter roots by adding a third letter to a two letter base that He had created shortly before – a base to which He had already assigned a specific meaning. In this chart I have employed herein only inner bases that begin with a ח ches – but my selecting of this starting letter ח is basically random and does not intentionally involve,– any possible mystical or metaphysical meaning that the letter ches may possess individually . E.g. the base חז that denotes – hold – to מחוז אחז – חזה – חזק
42A - HEBREW DUAL ROOTS
A listing of Hebrew biblical roots that are known by some of the experts to possess a dual form – i.e. to possess two forms for the same verb . Most of these are of the forms – A-B-B & נ AB NUNN-A-B – e.g. דמם – נדם - &[both denote silence, restraint] - מגג – נמג [both mean – melt, dissolve ] – but other dual root forms are included as well.
45A - ADDENDA ET CORRIGENDA – ADDITIONS TO ENTRIES TO DATE
Note - I have used herein the terms two-letter and three-letter in place of the usual terms bi-literal and tri-literal for the benefit of those of my readers who are not yet familiar with the more academic terminology
